An electricity supply chain reduced to the minimum of commercial intermediaries between a local producer and its consumers. Unlike the food short supply chain, defined by the Walloon administration as allowing at most one intermediary, it never removes the network operator, whose charges remain payable: it shortens the energy component of the bill, not the physical path of the current.
