Politique locale Énergie Climat: the Walloon programme that has supported municipalities committed to the Covenant of Mayors since 2012. Coordinated by APERe with the Walloon Air and Climate Agency and the Union of Walloon Cities and Municipalities, it funds an energy-climate coordinator and part of the external support. The carbon neutrality decree provides for its move from annual calls for projects to a drawing right, optional and to be activated by the Government.
