Energy tutor

An adviser employed by a Walloon CPAS and subsidised by the Region since a Walloon Government decision of 28 August 2008. They visit the household, read the bills with it, spot costly usage and activate the support it is entitled to without knowing. Funding largely runs through the preventive energy action plans (PAPE).
