Regulatory
Social housing
A dwelling let by a public service housing company under the supervision of the Walloon Housing Corporation. For energy sharing the configuration is doubly particular: a single owner avoids the condominium locks, but where heating is collective and energy is included in the service charges, there is no supply point in the tenant's name — and without one, no participation is possible.
