Day/night contactor
A consumer-unit device that closes the circuit of a large load — typically the hot-water tank — when the meter switches to off-peak, and cuts it when peak hours return. Now that Walloon off-peak hours cover 11:00 to 17:00, it heats water partly during solar production; you still have to check it has not been left in a forced position.
