Local Energy Commission

A Walloon municipal body convened, at the request of the network operator or the customer, before a supply suspension. It brings together the social welfare council, the network operator, the CPAS social energy guidance service and the customer, and rules by majority on guaranteed minimum supply, debt relief, heating oil vouchers or meter reopening. An appeal lies to the justice of the peace.
