Right of superficies
Real right allowing someone to own constructions on another's land, for up to 99 years since Book 3 of the Civil Code. It is the structure through which a cooperative or a third-party investor becomes owner of panels installed on a common roof; granting it requires four fifths of the votes at the general meeting.
