Association of co-owners
Legal person automatically grouping all the co-owners of a building, responsible for preserving and administering it. Its assets are limited to the movable property needed for that purpose (art. 3.86, § 3, of the Civil Code), so it cannot own the photovoltaic installation that feeds an energy sharing operation.
