Organising authority

The legal person — municipality, province, Wallonie-Bruxelles Enseignement, a denominational or non-denominational non-profit — that organises a school and acts as its legal counterpart. For energy sharing its identity matters little: the decree of 17 March 2023 ranks all schools among local authorities, whatever their network, in order not to create discrimination between school networks.
