Residential lease

The contract for renting a dwelling, governed in Wallonia by the decree of 15 March 2018. It comes in three main forms: the main-residence lease, concluded for nine years, the lease of three years or less, and the student lease, deemed concluded for one year. The tenant gives three months' notice before expiry — roughly the time needed to join an energy sharing operation.
